THE EFFECT OF TOLL ROAD OPERATION ON NATIONAL ROAD PERFORMANCE IN CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE

One of the major infrastructure development programs Indonesian government is construction toll roads, such as Trans-Central Java road. The these roads subsequently affects various aspects country, including capacity and performance national road network. However, needs to analyze effect network on both in existing coming years. Therefore, this study aims determine Trans roads. area used was Central Province with a specific focus analysis processed EMME/3 software form Gravity Model. findings showed that largest movement between 2022 2048 internal zones. It also discovered Volume-Capacity Ratio value stable while 512 were projected be unstable 2048. Moreover, average travel speed sections found up 2030 but speeds started reducing from 2035 where recorded less than 40 km/hour.
